Shipping Information

What Domestic Shipping Methods Are Available?

For our US customers, packages are shipped First Class using the US Postal Service. Average shipping times within the United States and to Canada is usually 2-8 business days.

What is your return policy?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on an item you purchased, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  See our Refund Policy for more details.

What International Shipping Methods Are Available?

For our international customers, packages are shipped using First Class or Priority Mail by the US Postal Service and the estimated shipping times are 6-12 business days. (Note: The US Postal Service defines business days as Monday through Friday excluding all U.S. federal holidays.)

Although, the US Postal Service provides a tracking number, you may not be able to see exactly where your package is located and the exact date that it will be delivered. This fact is especially true for international tracking numbers.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Aquarian Gardens gift certificates.  Please understand that payment must be made in full and have cleared before items can be shipped.

All European and Canadian customers may be subject to and are liable for all customs fees and VAT taxes their country may charge.

Refund Policy

What is Your Refund Policy?

We want you to be happy with your case, so we gladly accept returns. We just have a few rules that you must be aware of.

Only manufacture defective products can be returned or exchanged. Any damage deemed due to inappropriate, excessive, or abusive use by the buyer cannot be returned or exchanged. [Inappropriate, excessive, or abusive use is defined as any evidence of ripping, tearing, smashing, stomping, burning, submerging of the case and/or embellishments.]

You must contact me within seven (7) days of receiving your item to begin the return process.

All returned or exchanged cases should be returned in the original packaging with any and all accessories.  For further details, please read our Refund Policy.

Additional Information

Please note that all computers monitors vary in their color profile. While we do our best to accurately portray all colors in the listing photographs accurately, please know that there may be slight variations in the actual color versus what you see on your computer monitor.
